Q: Are your fragrances long-lasting?
A: Yes. Our perfumes are crafted with high concentrations (XPD – Extra Pure Distillation) to ensure depth, richness, and long-lasting projection.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Absolutely. None of our products are tested on animals.

Q: Do you offer body care and home scents too?
A: Yes. Beyond perfumes, we also create body washes, reed diffusers, and seasonal collections.

Q: How should I store my perfume?
A: Keep your fragrance in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality.

Q: What is the difference between XPD and EDP?
A: EDP (Eau de Parfum) is the industry standard for premium fragrances, typically containing 15–20% perfume oils. At Nefertum, we go further with XPD (Extra Pure Distillation) — a proprietary blend crafted with even higher concentration, refined distillation, and carefully selected fixatives. The result is a perfume that is richer, more intense, and longer-lasting, designed to leave a signature trail that lingers on both skin and fabric.

Q: Are your perfumes Halal Certified?
A: While Nefertum Fragrances is not officially Halal-certified, we ensure that our perfumes are free from animal-derived ingredients and we used de-natured alcohol which is kosher certified.


Orders & Shipping

​Q: Where can I buy Nefertum Fragrances products?
A: You can shop directly on our official website, through selected retail partners, and at our showroom at:

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we are still working on it.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Within Singapore, orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days. 

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Usually we will courier using J&T.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Due to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns once a fragrance is opened. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it.

Q: What if I change my mind?
A: For unopened items, returns may be accepted within 7 days (Singapore orders) or 14 days (international orders). Please contact us for approval.

Q: Where is your showroom located?
A: The Adelphi, 1 Coleman Street, #04-59, Singapore 179803.
